29jl Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and 29jl ("29jl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://29jl.biz (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 29jl Platform — including but not limited to placing wagers, accessing game content, using the Cashier, or communicating with customer support — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 29jl Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain an account on the 29jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using the 29jl Platform.
• Location: You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during all gaming sessions. 29jl does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. You must not be under any guardianship, conservatorship, or other legal arrangement that restricts your ability to contract.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded yourself from 29jl or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator, nor be subject to any mandatory exclusion order issued by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Own Account Only: You must be registering and using the account solely on your own behalf and for your own personal recreation. Registration on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

29jl reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the 29jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering your 29jl account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 29jl account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify 29jl immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Liability for Account Activity: 29jl shall not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorized use of your account where such unauthorized access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Two-Factor Authentication: 29jl strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While optional, 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

As a PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator, 29jl is legally required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit at minimum:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (acceptable IDs include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID / PhilSys ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Philippine passport, Land Transportation Office (LTO) driver's license, or Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Voter's ID); and
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document, for liveness verification.

29jl may additionally request proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), source of funds documentation, or other information where required by PAGCOR regulations or 29jl's internal anti-money laundering procedures.

All KYC documents are processed in confidence and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. KYC verification typically completes within one (1) to three (3) business hours for standard submissions during operational hours.

All financial transactions on the 29jl Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 29jl does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 29jl bears no responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya typically reflect in your 29jl balance within thirty (30) seconds. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) typically clear within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes. 29jl reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified or that triggers an anti-money laundering alert.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts via GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. 29jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction or ₱200,000 per calendar month.

• Withdrawal to Registered Method Only: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and matching your verified KYC identity. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Chargeback Policy: Any attempt to reverse a deposit transaction (chargeback) via your bank or e-wallet provider while retaining gaming winnings will be treated as fraud. 29jl will pursue recovery of all funds and may report the incident to PAGCOR and law enforcement.
• Currency: 29jl does not support multi-currency accounts. Your account balance is denominated entirely in Philippine Peso.

From time to time, 29jl offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to that promotion, which are published in the Promotions section of the Platform at the time the offer is active.

The following general conditions apply to all 29jl promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirement that are not completed within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and other game types may contribute at different rates. Contribution rates are displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse and Manipulation: 29jl reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse, hedging, low-risk staking patterns designed to clear wagering requirements, or other forms of promotional manipulation are detected.

All games available on the 29jl Platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, table games, bingo, sports betting, and e-sabong — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, as displayed within the game interface or in the Help section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game.

29jl uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional human dealers in certified studio environments. The integrity of all game outcomes is verified through regular third-party audits as required by 29jl's PAGCOR license.

• Bets Placed in Error: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 29jl system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. Technical glitches on the player's device (slow connection, accidental double-tap) do not entitle the player to a refund of a confirmed bet.
• Voided Games: In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting a game's integrity, 29jl reserves the right to void that round and return all stakes to the players' accounts. This determination is made solely at 29jl's discretion after review of game logs.
• Displayed Odds and Payouts: All displayed odds, payouts, and RTP percentages are correct at the time of display. 29jl reserves the right to update game configurations and payout structures with notice, where required by providers or regulators.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 29jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement:

• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund your 29jl account.
• Money Laundering: Using the 29jl Platform to deposit and withdraw funds for any purpose other than legitimate gaming entertainment, including any attempt to disguise the origins of illicit funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in live games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage through cooperation.
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to regular human players.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, error, or misconfiguration to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void and the account suspended.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access the administrative systems, databases, or accounts of other players on the 29jl Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of legitimate deposits made to your 29jl account.

29jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all of our players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and 29jl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum of seven (7) days.
• Loss Limits: You may set limits on the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period. Loss limits take immediate effect when reduced and require a cooling-off period of seven (7) days before being increased.
• Session Time Limits: You may set limits on the maximum duration of your gaming sessions, with the option to receive on-screen alerts at regular intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary account pause of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log into your account or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from 29jl at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. Upon self-exclusion, all marketing communications will cease immediately and your account will be closed.

All content on the 29jl Platform — including but not limited to the 29jl brand name, logo, visual design, game content, software, text, graphics, images, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 29jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 29jl Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 29jl content without prior written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to operate the 29jl Platform;
• Use the 29jl brand, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes; or
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any 29jl content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 29jl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise;
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, network failures, acts of God, or other force majeure events outside 29jl's reasonable control;
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party game provider's software or content licensed to 29jl;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials; or
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 29jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

29jl provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavor to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malware or viruses.

29jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where:

• We reasonably believe you have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or other competent legal authority;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity in connection with your account;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so; or
• You have requested voluntary self-exclusion or closure of your account.

Upon account termination, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements and funds under investigation) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any outstanding investigation. Balances derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 29jl account or gaming experience, you should first contact the 29jl customer support team via live chat from your account dashboard or by email at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player protection division in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint handling procedures. 29jl will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation into a player complaint.

For disputes not resolved through the above process, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

29jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email to your registered address, via an in-platform notification, or via a notice posted on the homepage of 29jl.biz for a period of not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the change taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the 29jl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and your use of the 29jl Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, relevant PAGCOR regulations, Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13, any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
