This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 29jl ("29jl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform at https://29jl.biz (the "Platform"), collects, processes, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of its registered users and visitors ("you," "your," or "Data Subject").

You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (such as CSV or JSON) and to transmit that data to another controller where technically feasible.
You have the right to request that 29jl restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data is being contested or while an objection is being evaluated.
If you believe that 29jl has processed your personal data in violation of the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines through the NPC's official complaint procedure.
Response Time: 29jl will acknowledge all data rights requests within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days, or such shorter period as may be required by NPC guidelines. Where a request is complex or involves large volumes of data, we will notify you of the expected completion timeline.
The 29jl Platform is strictly intended for persons aged twenty-one (21) years and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. 29jl does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
If 29jl discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the associated personal data (subject to any legal retention obligations), and, where appropriate, report the incident to PAGCOR.

Age Verification: 29jl uses date-of-birth collection at registration and government ID verification through the KYC process to verify that all players meet the 21+ age requirement. Players who cannot confirm their age through a valid Philippine government-issued ID will not be permitted to make withdrawals or access real-money games.
Some of 29jl's third-party service providers — particularly cloud infrastructure providers and game software licensors — may be located outside the Philippines.
